The Harrington - Robb company was founded early in 1970 by Dick Harrington and Ralph Robb.  Both were chemical engineers specializing in different aspects of mixing and agitation technology.   Dick Harrington was the Director of Application Engineering for LIGHTNIN mixers and Ralph Robb was designing and selling LIGHTNIN mixers in the greater Philadelphia  and Baltimore marketing areas.

Originally LIGHTNIN mixers was the only product offered by the company, but by 1974 the company had quickly expanded to include quality process equipment covering mixing, heat transfer, metering, pumping,  liquid-solid separation, and tank and reactor design.

In the year 2008 we continue to service those same areas of the process industry and represent many of the same companies we did back in the beginning. Today, however we have broadened our horizons and now also offer skids and package systems, which incorporate the products of the various companies we represent.  This new aspect of our company was developed to respond to the needs of many of our customers who no longer have dedicated engineering and maintenance departments to put together the pieces of equipment into a finished system.

We have grown to a total of 8 people including inside and outside personnel.  We are dedicated to continue to supply the same high quality service and products that you, our customers, have come to expect.
